I am living proof that anyone who wants to sell can learn. Growing up, I couldn't sell Girl Scout cookies to the neighbors. But when I was in my 20's, I figured out sales is where the money is and decided to figure out how to sell. I learned to be uncomfortable. I learned to fail. I learned to sell. Now I love selling and it pays great, too!

Couldn't agree more. sales has never been a glamorized occupation (when we were kids, we wanted to be doctors, lawyers, accountants and not a salesman) but it is the most important underlying aspect of a business. Without revenue, how is a company to survive? Even for VC funded companies, you still need to sell to "VCs".
Thanks for sharing your expertise on here, and I'll definitely consult you on your expertise after I'm done working out some technical issues on my current business. Looking forward to hearing more from you.
