Whitney, excellent post here. A lot of this stuff is addressed in more detail in the 4 Hour Work Week like 80/20 and Always Be Testing, although Tim doesn't give it this name.

- I am a 20 year old Computer Science major and I own my own internet marketing, SEO, manufacturer, and all around entrepreneur based company. Currently, we only employ full time 6 people, but are in the process of building a new warehouse here in Louisiana, as well I am taking on 3-4 new partners for a new internet marketing company. A little tid bit about me / my history in internet marketing
I started my career in internet marketing about 2 years ago when I took an online course which you would learn how to create a blog, doing simple SEO, spending 30 minutes a day for 30 days and end up selling it for $800+. I sold my first website for $900 after 1 month and it was on after that and I haven't looked back.
I am a member of StomperNet.com, the largest internet marketing educational organization in the world and the best, by far. I have been doing SEO for about 3 years now and am getting very advanced, :D...
These days I own/operate about 6 online stores, 3 blogs, and currently employ/manage 6 people. My goal is to become a millionaire within the next 3 years (3 years is the absolute maximum time I would like to complete this goal in).
As well, I am constantly searching out new joint-venture partners to start new projects on or to jump on board an existing project. I also usually am hiring people to do time consuming tasks such as content creation (articles, rewriting product descriptions, writing ebooks, etc.), link building (social bookmarking, blog posts/commenting, forum posting, directory submissions, etc.), and even such things as networking on web 2.0 platforms, really just whatever I need on a daily basis.
I am always looking for new excited people to connect with, regardless of their experience / knowledge. I will always lend a hand to fellow friends, knowledge, or whatever they need I am willing to help them out, because by helping others you will help yourself in the end.

You need to follow what we, SEOs, like to call the 80/20 rule, the rule means that we shoot for 80% of the results by doing only 20% of the work.

- Hey Whitney sounds like you are going out and living the dream. That's what we are all about at U30.
So here's the deal--we need make our site shine, which we are working on design, 2. we need to give quality content, we want to start capturing stories of people like yourself who are creating their dream lifestyle, 3. we need to sell a backend product that will help them through all of this and actually go out and live it up!
Do you have any ideas for us, we haven't yet developed our backend site.
